PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a sealed contact point device and its manufacturing device wherein improvement in manufacturing efficiency as well as cost reduction can be also obtained. SOLUTION: This is a manufacturing method of a sealed contact point device and its device wherein a shaft block 3 provided with a shaft 2 having a movable contact point 1 and OT regulation part 4, a plunger cap 5 adhered and fixed to the shaft block 3 by resistance welding, a base block 7 having a fixed contact point 6 and adhered and fixed to the shaft block 3 by resistance welding. This is provided with the first and the second pallets P1, P2 in which the shaft block 3 and the base block 7 are respectively installed, and a resistance welder W2 that welds the outer circumferential flange state part 8 of the shaft block 3 and the outer brim flange 9 of the base block 7 in a pinching state while the welder is left installed at the both pallets P1, P2 using these as the both electrodes.
