PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement and control information acquiring method capable of improving the extensibility and the flexibility in acquiring the information, transmitting the synchronized measurement and control information at an arbitrary timing by an information provider, and acquiring the information by an information demander at an arbitrary timing. SOLUTION: A data transfer object (plug X) is prepared between the information provider 1 and the information demander 2, the information provider transmits the acquired information to a data transfer object at an arbitrary timing (S1-S3), and transmits the event information on which the information has been transmitted, to the data transfer object (S4). The information demander recognizes the transmission of the measurement and control information from the event information of the data transfer object at an arbitrary timing to perform the measurement and control processing (S5), acquires the measurement and control information from the data transfer object (S6-S8), and carries out the control functions A, B, C on the basis of the information (S9).
