PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system in which load balance functions are distributed to a client and a server, and a parallel load balancer system, in which inter-server load balance is achieved autonomously by the load balance functions distributed to the client and the sever. SOLUTION: This system is constituted of a client, equipped with a client load balancer for transmitting a session establishment request to an initially designated server, and for selecting a server capable of executing a task according to a response to the session establishment request from the initially designated server, and a server equipped with a server load balancer for comparing the number of sessions of a plurality of servers at receiving the session establishment request from the client load balancer, and for transmitting the response to the session establishment request to the client load balancer, and for managing the number of sessions.
