PURPOSE: A device for controlling temperature of refrigerator is provided to activate working of a compressor by detection of a temperature sensor. CONSTITUTION: A device comprises a heater(24) installed in a refrigerator compartment(20) on a front side of a duct(13) formed in the refrigerator compartment to guide chilled air so as to generate heat; and a temperature sensor(23), a resistance type sensor(RT sensor), installed on an outside of a main body(1) to measure outside temperature. Weak cooling of the refrigerator compartment occurring when surrounding temperature is normal and of a freezer compartment(10) occurring when the surrounding temperature is low are prevented thereby.
