PURPOSE: A system for a cash service is provided to enable the cash service at an unspecific place without depending on a specific cash service device. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a communication network(101), a communication company server(105), a card company server, an affiliated store terminal(109) and a financial company server(103). The financial company server has a cellular phone payment system through the communication company server, a cash service remittance system linked with the card company server and the affiliated store information. The financial company server generates the certification information based on the security information through the cellular phone payment system by receiving the cash service request information and the security information from a cellular phone(107), generates the transaction approval information by receiving the affiliated store information and the certification information from the affiliated store, remits the payment based on the cash service to a financial account of the affiliated store, carries out the service remittance from the user account for the cash service use based on the user account information and the cash service request information.
