ANTI-WATER FLOW DEVICE OF DRAIN PAN FOR DEHUMIDIFIER AND METHOD OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: An anti-water flow device of drain pan for dehumidifier and method of the same are provided to accurately open and close a drain passage. CONSTITUTION: A device includes a full water level sensor(66) placed in a water tank of a dehumidifier and detecting full water condition; a control part(80) electrically connected with the full water level sensor to receive full water level signal; and an opening and closing device installed under a drain pan(58) to open and close a drain passage(62) and closing the drain passage according to operation of the control part to prevent condensed water from flowing when a user draws out the water tank from a cabinet to empty.
