PURPOSE: A device for lifting base panel of air conditioner is provided to move up and down the base panel installed on a front side of the air conditioner to easily attach and detach a filter. CONSTITUTION: A device includes a front panel(31) installed on a front side of an outer case and having an intake penetrating hole part(33) through which air in a space to be air-conditioned is taken in; a base panel(50) installed to a lower end of the front panel corresponding, which is under the intake penetrating hole part, to move up and down by the front panel and providing a space for attachment and detachment of a filter(45) installed to the intake penetrating hole part; a driving power source, a motor(60), supplying power to move up and down the base panel; and a power transmission part transmitting power of the driving power source to move the base panel up and down with regard to the front panel.
