PURPOSE: A method for controlling drop of RPM(Revolution Per Minute) and oscillation in decelerating and braking is provided to prevent stop of an engine, and to improve stability by restricting drop of rpm and oscillation in decelerating after accelerating. CONSTITUTION: Deceleration is detected, and an engine is controlled according to the basic map in decreasing RPM within the predetermined range during decelerating. Electric load is detected in decelerating beyond the predetermined range, and the electric load is compensated according to the electric load map in generating electric load. RPM is decided to be beyond the control map in not existing electric load, and the amount of air or fuel is compensated by controlling the engine according to the decrease rpm control map in decreasing abnormally. Stability is improved with preventing drop of rpm and oscillation in braking after accelerating.
