The invention relates to a process of obtaining a recombinant Asp Pallidipin protein, a recombinant protein and a pharmaceutical composition containing the same, and presents applicability in the medical field. According to the invention, the process consists in comprising the following stages: a) transfection of at least a bacterium with an adequate vector, where the vector comprises an operable chaining between: (i) a first DNA or DNAc molecule which encodes for the recombinant Asp-Pallidipin, (ii) a second DNA molecule which encodes an adequate signal peptide-sequence, and (iii) an adequate promoter, wherethrough, regarding the expression and the carrying in the periplasm, the preprotein comprising the signal peptide and Asp-Pallidipin is cleaved so that the aspartic acid amino-acid should be in +1 position of the sequence of mature Asp-Pallidipin amino-acids; b) the expression of preprotein comprising Asp-Pallidipin and the signal peptide sequence; c) the Asp-Pallidipin carrying from the bacterium cytoplasm into periplasm, followed by cleavage of the preprotein of at least a protease, at this level, the mature Asp-Pallidipin being produced during carrying; d) Asp-Pallidipin isolation by periplasm extraction; e) Asp-Pallidipin purification.
