PURPOSE: A recombinant Adenovirus vector producing a tumor-repressible E2 protein and its use are provided, thereby effectively treating the cancer and inhibiting the cell aging. CONSTITUTION: The recombinant Adenovirus vector producing a tumor-repressible E2 protein comprises an expression cassette consisting of a replication origin, an immediate early promoter of human cytomegalovirus (hCMV), an E2 gene and a polyadenylation receiving signal, wherein the E2 gene is derived from bovine papillomavirus(BPV), human papillomavirus(HPV) or cervine papillomavirus; the polyadenylation receiving signal is a polyadenylation receiving signal of SV40(simian virus 40) or polyadenylation receiving signal of a human growth hormone gene. A recombinant Adenovirus vector pACMV-BPVE2 comprises the replication origin, the immediate early promoter of human cytomegalovirus (hCMV), BPV E2 gene and the polyadenylation receiving signal of SV40.F.
