PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a proof-reader to be released from time and distance limitations and further to perform a correction in a short time at a low cost. SOLUTION: The correcting method to be executed on the preparation side of printed matter is characterized in that it is provided with a step for generating data for expressing a printed matter layout, which is prepared by a computer, in a page description language, a step for transmitting the data through a network, a step for receiving image data expressing a corrected print sample through the network and a step for outputting the image data as a corrected print sample. |
