PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly transfer the hydrogen storage container of a fuel-cell-powered vehicle (FC vehicle) in a fuel supplying facility, together with the container. SOLUTION: This hydrogen-supplying device for FC vehicle comprises a hydrogen storage container containing a hydrogen storage body; a means for detachably fixing the container to the FC vehicle; a means for detachably connecting a hydrogen pass passage between the container and the fuel cell; and a valve mechanism for opening and closing the hydrogen pass passage. The container for FC vehicle comprises a means for detachably connecting the hydrogen passing passage between the container and the fuel cell. The stacker comprises a means for detachably fixing the container to the FC vehicle and a means for detachably connecting the hydrogen passing passage between the container and the fuel cell. The stacker houses two or more containers for FC vehicles. The container transport device comprises a means for transporting the container removed from the FC vehicle to the stacker and a carrying means for transporting the container filled with hydrogen from the stacker to a prescribed position. The hydrogen storage container replacement device comprises the stacker and the container transport device.
