PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer system for surely handing a driver a repair component. SOLUTION: This component order reception system receives an order for a component according to information sent from a user terminal in relation to a web server providing a web site for order reception and is equipped with a storage means which stores a plurality of delivery places where components can be handed to and received from users. This system is so programmed as to select candidates for a delivery destination out of the delivery destinations stored in the storage means according to information regarding a place which is sent from a user terminal through the Internet, sends a page showing the candidates for the delivery destination to the user terminal, and sets a specified delivery destination as the delivery destination of the order-received component in response to the specification of the delivery destination among the delivery destinations shown in the page displayed on the user terminal. |
