PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an SCM electronic commerce system, where an exhibition and sales part for consumers and an exhibition and sales part for companies are constituted within a core server and an original merchandise developing function is constituted within a partner server. SOLUTION: The core server 26 and the partner server 25 are connected to the Internet 21 and a consumer or a company accesses one of the servers through a client terminal connected to the internet. An exhibition and sales booth for consumers, an exhibition and sales booth for companies and an SCM part are constituted within the core server. An original merchandise display generation function and a transaction information transmission part are constituted within the partner server. Information on transaction performed through the core server and the partner server is unitarily made into a database by the SCM part of the core server.
