PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To request rental usage charge by which a cost effect is easily measured and which meets an actual situation by not charging based on the size of a storage area to be rent on a server but charging based on a data transfer amount which is generated by access to a rental area when rental server usage charge is decided. SOLUTION: When an information referring person terminal 31 perform access to an information providing server 111, the server 111 records the access history in a log file. A information totaling server 112 calculates the actual results of the daily data transfer amount based on the capacity of the contents corresponding to the recording of the log file, records the daily data transfer amount in a data transfer amount actual result file and transmits it to a rental server user terminal 21. Moreover, data transfer amount actual results are totaled monthly, a request money amount is calculated and, then, the monthly data transfer amount and the requested money amount are transmitted to the rental server user terminal 21. |
