PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stock replenishment control system by which an instant delivery ratio from a sales base relative to an order from a customer is improved by storing proper kinds and number of repair parts in the limited space of the sales base. SOLUTION: This stock replenishment control system comprises a control server 1, a management database 2, a physical distribution base terminal 3, a sales spot terminal 4 and a production control system 5. The control server 1 performs updating processing of a target stock amount at each sales base. Based on a new accepted order amount and the target stock amount, the replenishment amount of the repair parts to each sales base is calculated and replenishment instruction information is outputted to a controlled physical distribution base. Furthermore, an excessive stock amount is calculated based on a difference between the target stock amount and an allowable real stock amount at each sales spot and recovery information is outputted to a corresponding sales base and a controlled physical distribution base. |
