PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce display irregularity caused by fluctuation of characteristics among light emitting elements. SOLUTION: The display device is provided with a plurality of organic EL elements 16 and a plurality of driving circuits which drive the elements 16. To be specific, each driving circuit includes driving transistors 17 which supply constant currents to the respective elements 16 and memory sections 20 which hold digital video signals that are periodically updated and control the length of the conductive period of the transistors 17 with respect to the updating cycle of the digital video signals in accordance with the digital video signals. |
