PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generation of noise in an optical element module by preventing an optical element from returning, even if output optical signal is reflected. SOLUTION: An LD 200 of an optical element module 20 converts an electrical transmission signal inputted from an electronic circuit into an optical signal, and emits it to the outgoing surface 240 on the surface of a resin formation part 220. The surface 240 allows an almost part of the optical signal from the LD 200 to pass through and be directed to the end face of an optical fiber 12, and at the same time, allows a part of the optical signal from the LD 200 to be reflected at such an angleϕthat it will not return, as shown by dotted arrow of Fig. (B). The optical signal entering the end face of the optical fiber 12 from the outgoing surface 240 is transmitted to the other end of the optical fiber 12. |
