PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make compact, light in weight and inexpensive a service for reporting arrival at a destination. SOLUTION: On the basis of the information of the destination registered beforehand, a center device 4 searches a base station 2 including the destination within a service area from a mobile terminal 1 through base stations 2 (2-A to 2-C) and a mobile network 3 and defines the service area of this searched base station 2 as a registered area and when the mobile terminal 1, which registers the destination, enters the registered area, the arrival at the registered area is reported through the mobile network 3 and the searched base station 2 to this mobile terminal 1. |
