PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and economically manufacture a surface-mounting type resettable overcurrent protective device. SOLUTION: This surface-mounting type resettable overcurrent protective device has a structure that is provided with a material substrate, having two ends in which patterned metal foils are formed on both surfaces; an insulation layer surrounding a material substrate in which the cut part of the patterned metal foil on the two ends of the material substrate are exposed; and two terminal electrodes formed on both ends of the material substrate, that respectively surround the insulation layer and the cut part of the patterned conductive metal foil exposed on the two ends of the material substrate, and are provided with five conductive surfaces which are to be electrically connected with the exposed, patterned conductive metal foil.
