PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable digital execution of the demodulation process of a signal to be input by a simple circuit configuration. SOLUTION: In the case of digitally modulating FM wave, a digital demodulator digitally convert a signal input into a digital signal by an A/D converter 1, delays data digitally converted by the converter 1 for a predetermined period by a delay unit 2, subtracts the data from the converter 1 and data delayed for a predetermined period by the delay unit 2 by a subtracter 3, acquires absolute value from the data from the subtracter 3 by an absolute value acquiring unit 4, removes a harmonic from an output of the unit 4 by a low-pass filter 5, and converts the output from the low-pass filter into an analog by a D/A converter 6.
