PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the apparatus control and the operation check thereof, without opening the lid of its case. SOLUTION: The case comprises operating holes formed in the wall of the lid, enabling the operation of switches and fuse holders of an apparatus and check of the states of light emitting diodes showing the operation of the apparatus; and covers for sealing the operating holes, allowing the states of the diodes to be checked from the outside of the covers while the covers are set to seal the holes.
