PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to cut a margin width with a high precision, and enable to cut in a high speed. SOLUTION: In the vicinity or in the inside of an anvil 42 in order to weld by ultrasonic wave welding, a cutting blade 51 to cut the end in the widthwise direction of insulating films 11, 13 is installed while receiving ultrasonic wave. Cutting work can be made at the same time or nearly at the same time of the ultrasonic wave welding, thereby the cut-off precision increases compared with that of the conventional work wherein welding work position and the cutter are separated. Further, work efficiency increases because cooling is not applied.
