PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible flat cable, of which the electric capacitance can be set easily, and it's manufacturing method. SOLUTION: Since insulated core wire 100, in which an outer perimeter of a conductor 10 is covered with the insulator 20, is covered with a conductive adhesion layer 30, and has a metal layer 40 in contact with the conductive adhesion layer 30, by grounding this metal layer 40, the potential on the insulator 20 of each the insulated core wire 100 becomes constant. Moreover, by covering at least one piece of the conductor 10 along with the insulated core wire 100, by the conductive adhesion layer 30 with the insulated core wire 100, and by grounding the conductor 10, grounding of the metal layer becomes easy. Furthermore, dielectric constant of the insulator 20 can also be considered as a simple substance, and the value of the electric capacitance can be easily set up by a formula 1. However, C shows electric capacitance, d shows the outer diameter of the conductor 10 of circular section form, D shows the outer diameter of the insulator 20, and K shows a constant number.
