PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a highly precise electronic equipment device at a low cost by reducing the number of components and eliminating welding. SOLUTION: A unit frame 20 for mounting an electronic circuit package 10 is constituted of two Z-shaped side plates 25 having two bent parts, a cross beams 24 which is fixed to the side plate 25 by means of a weldless junction member 27, the side plates 25 being connected with four corner parts, and a guide plate 22 with a guide rail 21 to be fixed to the cross beams 24.
