PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knowledge storage support system, by which the attached file of another summary message or another message can be easily related when preparing a summary message. SOLUTION: A community server 122 classifies and stores messages exchanged between users on a virtual community for each of topics. Besides, this community server 122 is provided with a summary link control part 129 and when preparing a summary message for summarizing the messages classified and stored for each of topics, a user interface is provided for relating the attached file of the other summary message or other message managed by community managing information 124 to that summary message under preparation. At the same time, the correspondence of the prepared summary message to the attached file of the other summary message or other message related thereto is managed by using the community managing information 124.
