PURPOSE: A water activating apparatus reinforcing far-infrared ray function is provided which is installed on a household water pipe or industrial water supply pipes to activate various functions of water supplied through the water pipe or water supply pipes. CONSTITUTION: In a water activating apparatus comprising a housing(16) at a certain position on the outer circumferential surface and the bottom of which an inlet pipe(12) and an outlet pipe(14) are formed, and the upper surface of which is opened; a cover(20) which is removably put on the upper part of the housing(16), and at a certain position of which a pressure gauge(18) is installed to measure internal hydraulic pressure of the housing(16); a packing member(22) that is installed at the inner part of the bottom of the housing(16) to prevent water leakage; a plurality of guide cylinders(24) having different diameters which are concentrically inserted into the housing(16) with spaced apart from each other in a certain distance to form a circulation path of water; ceramic balls(32) for emitting far-infrared rays in the state that the ceramic balls(32) are filled in a space part(26') between the inner surface of the housing(16) and the guide cylinders(24) and a space part formed between each of the guide cylinders(24); a cover locking member(34) for fixing or releasing the cover(20) covered on the upper surface of the housing(16); and a net(42) that is inserted into inner ends of the inlet pipe(12) and the outlet pipe(14) to prevent outflow of the ceramic balls(32) filled in the housing(16), the water activating apparatus reinforcing far-infrared ray function is characterized in that screw guiding guides(25) made of silver alloy are mounted on space parts formed between the guide cylinders(24) inside the housing(16), the screw guiding guides(25) are also mounted on a center guide cylinder(44) that is connected to the space parts and the outlet pipe(14), and the ceramic balls(32) that are installed in the space parts and the center guide cylinder(44) are specially coated.
