PURPOSE: A system for simultaneous multiconnection electronic conference in real time and a method therefor are provided to enable a conference without going through a server, thereby keeping a secret of the conference and enabling users to join a plurality of conferences. CONSTITUTION: A system for simultaneous multiconnection electronic conference in real time includes the steps of receiving a list of information related to people connected to a current server(501), confirming that the list includes people wanted by a user and requesting connection to people in case that the wanted people are connected currently(502), approving the connection request of the user by the connected people(503), exchanging data between the user and the connected people through a peer-to-peer method(504).
