PURPOSE: A method and system for an on-line learning using a free gift service is provided to increase an interest with respect to an on-line learning teaching material by supplying a free gift service for a learning objected person. CONSTITUTION: A learning server(300) is connected to a user terminal(200) for transmitting/receiving data through a network(100) such as a wire Internet. The learning server(300) is connected to a wireless terminal(500) of a user through a wireless Internet(400) for receiving an answer and a serial code. The learning server(300) stores and supplies necessary learning information and data through a data transmission/receipt of data with the user terminal(200), receives user information in accordance with the learning information and data, and evaluates/analyzes a learning accomplishment rate. The learning server(300) includes a member managing module(310) for managing a member who is a service user. Information of the member is stored in a member DB(320). A question managing module(330) extracts questions necessary for a user from an item pool DB(340) and transmits the questions to the user.
