PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient ID management system for point service capable of receiving the point service in stores in a wide range without making personal information informed to a clerk, for a user, and allowing quick processing for the store side, and a method therefor. SOLUTION: The presence of issuing already a local ID corresponding to a center ID chatateristic to each user is detected concerned in the point service, and the local ID is issued thereby to the user when the local ID corresponding to a center ID is determined not to be found. |
