PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow even a person incapable of participating a ceremony to transmit a message closely relevant to the atmosphere of the hall, while feeling the atmosphere. SOLUTION: A ceremony PC 2 transmits image data inputted by a photographing device 25 to a server 1, and user PCs 3a-3d transmit message data to the server 1; the server 1 receives the image data, transmitted from the ceremony PC 2 and the message data transmitted from the user PCs 3a-3d; the server 1 transmits the image data and message data by converting those data into a format which is displayable by the user PCs 3a-3d, and transmits the message data, by converting the data into a format displayable by the ceremony PC 2, and the user PCs 3a-3d display the image data and message data transmitted by the server 1; and the ceremony PC 2 displays the message data transmitted from the server 1 at a large-scaled display device 24.
