PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice conference system that can hold a pleasant phone conference by eliminating inconvenience and restrictions by cables in phone conferences. SOLUTION: A wireless module 1 transmits and receives a voice signal in terms of a radio wave. Analog/digital conversion circuits 2-1-2-n convert a digital voice signal transmitted and received in a radio wave into an analog voice signal or converts the analog voice signal into a digital signal transceived in a radio wave. A voice signal distributing/coupling circuit 3 couples the voice signals whose number is number of connected headsets or conversely branchs the voice signal received from the telephone network 4 to voice signals whose number is number of the connected head sets.
