PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve inspection accuracy for missing electronic components in a circuit board which is provided with an insulating substrate 10, a conductor pattern 2 formed on the surface of the substrate 10 and a plurality of electronic components 4 and by which at least two types of electronic circuits can be constituted, depending on the types, the number and/or arrangement of the electronic components. SOLUTION: In the circuit board, one or plural used lands 22 for bonding one or a plurality of electronic components 4 required for constituting one target electronic circuit, and a one or plural unused lands 20 for bonding one or plural electronic components to be required in the case of constituting the other electric circuit are formed on a conductive pattern 2. In a pair of unused lands 20a and 20b constituting the lands 20, non-mounting mark for discriminating the lands 20a and 20b from the lands 22a and 22b is provided across the lands 20a and 20b, at a position where the components 4 can be observed in a state they are mounted on the lands 22.
