PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent bending of a terminal fitting, when piercing a rubber plug. SOLUTION: In a rear face of a rubber plug holder 50 arranged so as to suppress a batch type rubber plug 40, two upper and lower bracing walls 55 are formed, protruding a predetermined size toward the rear at positions which are flush with the lower face of a terminal inserting opening 51 of each stage. The protruding size is a size capable of receiving a connecting portion 14 of a cylindrical body 11 and a wire barrel 12, when a tip of the female side terminal fitting 10 enters an inlet of an electric wire insertion hole 41 of the rubber plug 40. When the female side terminal fitting 10 is passed through the terminal inserting opening 51 of the rubber plug holder 50 and its tip reaches the inlet of the electric wire insertion hole 41 of the rubber plug 40, even though it will receive some resistance to some extent, since the connecting portion 14 lowest in bending strength in the female side terminal fitting 10 is received by the bracing walls 55, bending of the female side terminal fitting 10 can be prevented.
