<p>PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of artificial stones with light weight, easy coloration and strength equivalent to natural stones by using white cement, volcanic rocks as main materials. CONSTITUTION: The artificial stones used as exterior materials are manufactured by the following steps of: mixing 35-45wt.% of white cement, 45-55wt.% of volcanic rocks for light weight, and 5-10wt.% of waste construction materials(waste concrete, stone powder, etc.); adding 2-5wt.% of additives such as Co, Fe2O3, acryl, waterproof agent, water reducing agent and pigment; vibrational forming; curing and drying for 12hrs, with hot blast, repeating low temperature cycle(20deg.C) and high temperature cycle(45deg.C) every six hours in turns, wherein the hot blast is supplied to artificial stone compacts by repeating the process of spraying high-pressured hot blast over the compacts and re-spraying the reflected hot blast from the compacts; glazing and polishing for surface treatment.</p> |
