PURPOSE: A magnetic buzzer is provided to easily emit sound without matching sound radiating holes with sound emitting holes formed at an outer case of a mobile communication terminal or a beeper. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic buzzer includes a buzzer main body(100) constructed by combining an upper case(101) with a lower case(102); a coil(112) wound on a pole(111) combined with the lower case, a magnet ring(113) formed at a yoke(110), a vibrating plate(115) mounted inside the buzzer main body, so that the vibrating plate vibrates to generate sound by electromechanical power generated between the coil and the magnet ring, wherein a plurality of sound radiating holes(103) are perforated on the upper side of the upper case, so that the generated sound is radiated omnidirectionally through the plurality of sound radiating holes.
