PURPOSE: A device for writing and labeling a PCS(Personal Communication Service) terminal is provided to automatically initialize an ESN(Electronic Serial Number) and attach a label by using an automated machine. CONSTITUTION: A device for writing and labeling a PCS terminal comprises a base plate(10), a conveyor(20) installed at one side of the base plate and placing a PCS terminal in a specific position, a first shuttle(30) moving the PCS terminal to the upper portion of a PCS terminal seat installed in the upper portion of a shuttle, a second shuttle(40) moving the PCS terminal to a specific position to attach a label to the PCS terminal placed on the PCS terminal seat, a label loading robot(50) having a head unit(52) for attaching a label, a jig unit(60) writing the PCS terminal, a transfer robot(70) having a loading head(71), an unloading head(72), and a linear motor, a rotator(80) transferring the PCS completed with writing to a following process, and a control unit(90) controlling the label loading robot and the transfer robot.
