PURPOSE: An automatic release apparatus of a parking brake for a vehicle is provided to prevent breakage of parts from wrong operation, and to improve convenience by releasing the brake automatically in starting. CONSTITUTION: An automatic release device of a parking brake for a vehicle is composed of a valve control circuit(20) having a parking brake switch(21), an accelerator pedal switch(22) and an ignition switch(23), and outputting a signal in satisfying AND operation conditions; a solenoid valve(30) opening a negative pressure nozzle or an atmospheric nozzle according to the electric signal from the valve control circuit; an air cylinder(40) moving a piston rod(43) linearly according to pressure difference; and a release lever(50) connected to the piston rod by a cable, and released according to operation of the piston rod. Breakage of the brake is prevented with automatically releasing the parking brake in starting.
