PURPOSE: A common hand jig of an automatic pocket mounting apparatus is provided to allow a user to sew pockets of various sizes by using only one hand jig, and to enable the rapid and easy exchange of a hand bottom panel and various fingers of the hand jig determining a size of a pocket. CONSTITUTION: The common hand jig of an automatic pocket mounting apparatus comprises: a jig body(10) for transferring a molded pocket from a bending jig and guiding a sewing line; a plurality of hand bottom panels(30) having a size corresponding to a size of each pocket respectively; a finger base(40) installed on the top surface of the jig body, in which the one end thereof is provided with a pneumatic cylinder(42) and the other end is provided with a movable plate(44) and an operating link(46); left and right finger fixing plates(50A,50B) and a center finger fixing plate divided so as to be spread by the operating link; and left and right fingers and a center finger coupled to the bottom surface of the fixing plates respectively, in which the size of the fingers is selected freely according to the size of each pocket.
