PURPOSE: A thin film transistor liquid crystal display device is provided to drive thin film transistors double by forming two drain electrodes for realizing high resolution display and remove flicker and after-image by uniformly carrying out the pixel voltage decrease. CONSTITUTION: A thin film transistor liquid crystal display device includes a substrate, a plurality of gate bus lines(23) extended in one direction on the substrate, a plurality of data bus lines(21) perpendicularly intersecting the gate bus lines and defining unit pixel areas with the gate bus lines, thin film transistors(22) disposed in the intersections between the gate and data bus lines, common bus lines(31) disposed in parallel to the gate bus lines in the center of the unit pixel areas, and pixel electrodes disposed in the unit pixel areas and formed of first and second pixel electrodes(29a,29b) disposed at both sides of the common bus lines in the unit pixel areas while overlapping predetermined portions of the common bus lines, wherein the thin film transistors are respectively formed of two drain electrodes led out from the data bus lines over the gate bus lines and a single source electrode disposed between the drain electrodes, and the respective drain electrodes contact adjacent first and second pixel electrodes.
