PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain contents for a Web site for providing a customer service. SOLUTION: A service provider arranges a server in a data center. A service user performs connection to the Internet from a terminal to retrieve the Web site. When the service user designates the URL of a Web site server from the terminal which is access possible to the Internet, data of contents which are stored at the side of the server are read and transmitted to the terminal of the service user. The contents are classified into seven categories, i.e., membership registration, information, of new arrivals, product information, service support, on-line album, on-line shop, and community. |
