SOLUTION: When a use 10 requests credit card settlement for online shopping (processing 101), information required for the credit card settlement is transmitted from a sales store 20 to a credit card issuing company 30 (processing 102). When this transmitting processing is performed, the purchase confirming server 32 of the company 30 transmits an electronic mail 71 for requesting confirmation to the user 10 (processing 105). When an electronic mail 72 indicating that this transmission processing is confirmed is returned from the user 10 to the company 30 (processing 111), information that the credit card settlement is acknowledged is transmitted from the company 30 to the store 20. |
