PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupon issuing method that enables a customer to select a coupon to be used by allowing the customer to compare and examine coupons to be issued by a store. SOLUTION: The method for issuing coupons via a computer network is provided with a step for receiving a request to a store the customer wants to use from a user terminal 2 and storing the request, a step for outputting a request to the store to a store terminal 3, a step for receiving and storing coupon proposal information related to coupons available at the store proposed by a store in response to the request to the store from the store terminal 3, a step for outputting the coupon proposal information to the customer terminal 2, a step for receiving and storing reply information as to whether or not to utilize the store by using the coupon proposed with the coupon proposal information from the customer terminal 2, and a step for issuing a coupon on the basis of the coupon proposal information proposed by the store having a reply to the effect that the store is used among pieces of the reply information. |
