PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain contents for a site for providing a customer service. SOLUTION: A service provider arranges a server at a data center, and a service user connects a terminal to the Internet and retrieves a web site. When the service user designates the URL of a web site server from a terminal accessible to the Internet, contents data stored in the server side are read and sent to the terminal of the service user. The contents are divided into seven categories, such as member registration, newly arrived information, product information, service support, on-line album, on-line shop and community. |
