PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To build a DMZ with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: To a first port 1a, a LAN 2 is connected and, to a second port 1b, a public server 3 is connected. To a third port 1c, in addition, a WAN 4 is connected. A filtering means 1d performs filtering in accordance with the attributes of packets inputted from the ports 1a-1c. A routing means 1e performs routing on a packet which does not become an object to be abandoned by means of the filtering means 1d.
