PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric current/voltage conversion circuit, where high-frequency characteristics and photoelectric conversion efficiency in a photodiode are improved. SOLUTION: In an operational amplifier 22, a feedback resistor 23 is connected between an inverted input end and an output end, and a reference voltage Vref is connected to a non-inverted input terminal. A photodiode 21 is connected to an input-side transistor 26 of a current mirror circuit 25, having a current ratio of 1:N (N is larger than 1) between a power voltage and ground potential in series, and an output-side transistor 27 of the current mirror circuit 25 is connected between the ground potential and the inverted input end of the operational amplifier 22.
