PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for aging electrolytic capacitors, where variations in its temperature distribution are reduced and its temperature management can be simplified. SOLUTION: In the aging apparatus for electrolytic capacitors, there are provided a base pedestal 20; a turntable 11 rotated by a driving source disposed on the base pedestal 20; a heat block 13 mounted on the circumference of the turntable 11 and having therein a heat source 12; a setting portion 14, disposed near the heat block 13 and for setting thereon an electrolytic capacitor 10; terminals 15 for application electrodes, which are disposed in the setting portion 14 corresponding to electrode terminals 10b of the electrolytic capacitor 10; and a heat-reserving cover 16 for covering therewith the electrolytic capacitor 10 set in the setting portion 14 and the heat block 13.
