PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional semiconductor device such as that the periphery of a switching circuit 105 cannot made into small area since wiring is concentrated inevitably in and around the switching circuit 105, and besides the downsizing of a semiconductor chip 100 is limited. SOLUTION: The concentration of wiring in the periphery of the switching circuit is suppressed by equipping the semiconductor device with a plurality of switching circuits which relay each the connection between a pair of pins of a semiconductor chips and a pair of terminals within the semiconductor chip and switching these, being scattered within the semiconductor chip.
