PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermistor that can prevent contamination of a thermistor inside a case and excels in ventilation inside the case. SOLUTION: A plate-like thermistor, in which the electrodes are formed on both main surfaces and a pair of power supply terminals connecting electrically with the electrodes, are housed in a case, and the case is provided a ventilation hole on its wall; and the external opening part and internal opening part of the ventilation hole are formed displaced with respect to each other so that they do not overlap, in a direction along the thickness of the wall.
