PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify wiring connections, save attaching space, and contribute to resources saving and cost reduction, when attaching a small relay to an electrical apparatus. SOLUTION: In the small relay covered by an insulation cap 12, a relay assembly 8 comprising a coil 3, an armature 4 driven by the coil 3, an insulation card 5 to which rotational movement of the armature 4 is transmitted, and a moving armature 7 and a stationary armature 6 arranged so that a moving contact 7a and a stationary contact 6a are connected and disconnected by rotational movement of the insulating card 5, is attached to an insulation base 2 formed by molding. A plurality of relay assemblies 8 are arranged in parallel on a single insulation base 2, and an insulating barrier 13 is provided in the inner face of a single cap 12 for securing each insulation distance between relay assembly 8 and 8.
